衝著酒店有送機班車才訂的！酒店是個新開業不久比較新設施都很好！檔次也很高！酒店有送機班車！前台服務人員態度非常好！我不會英語！使用翻譯器跟他們説！他們很耐心的解答！能把事情安排得明明白白的！第二天如約把我送到機場！非常感謝！ 設施：非常喜歡很新！ 衞生：乾淨整潔！浴室用品非常好！ 環境：挺好 服務：從前台到禮賓都非常認真負責服務周到！班車很準時！

酒店服務非常好👍 酒店距離機場非常近，落機取行李後，致電酒店，10至15分鐘便有酒店專車到機場接。到酒店check in後，可以預約專車送機。非常方便。 行幾分鐘便到地鐵站，坐4個站便到Richmond Centre.👍 行十多分鐘便可以到outlet. 👍 坐在酒店房，一邊飲咖啡，一邊欣賞飛機。👍

The hotel has an elegant environment and clean, comfortable rooms. The staff are warm and attentive. Convenient location with easy access, delicious and varied breakfast, and an overall very satisfying experience.

Right away you can tell it is not a chain hotel.  Super friendly staff,  very thoughtful.  Stayed there after my wife and I tied the knot.  They left a handwritten note and a nice tray of snacks in our room.  The parking would be inconvenient for some travellers with a pickup or suv with a storage box up top.  Our Chrysler Pacifica with Thule box barely fit in the buildings parking.  Valet parking is a nice option as well.  Overall great stay. Wish we got more time to enjoy the rooftop pool.

Booked a superior room specifically for the soaker bathtub only for the hotel to tell us there was a system error and we paid extra for a lower level room room without a bathtub. This was our anniversary and this is such a huge letdown. The two complimentary breakfasts don't make up for this. Don't think I'll come back again.

Love it here! Excellent service, feel welcoming at all times. Perfect location for Richmond night market less than 5 minutes walk. The hot tub and swimming pool is quite relaxing ( when it's not crowded) Overall, great experience recommended.
